CustomerConnect recognized as a finalist in the Card Manufacturing Category
Comexposium, organizers of the global CARTES SECURE CONNEXIONS events, announced today the winners for the second annual American SESAMES Awards.
Twenty-six companies competed for the awards. Having become a recognized institution since 1995 at CARTES SECURE CONNEXIONS in France, the SESAMES Awards enjoy international recognition from market players. This gives winners an incomparable seal of approval when it comes to innovation.
In the category of Card Manufacturing, Dynamics Inc. was awarded for its Dynamics Hidden with DCVC1 and 2. Designed to eradicate credit card fraud, the Dynamics Hidden with DCVC1 and DCVC2 card features a cardholder-set unlocking code, ensuring only those knowing the code can use the card.
The other finalists in the Card Manufacturing category were Arroweye Solutions for CustomerConnect and Oberthur Technologies for OT Flying mPOS powered by Mobeewave.
The award for Emerging Payments went to ams AG for AS39230 BoostedNFC™ Analog Front End which offers a breakthrough solution for secure NFC mobile payments by delivering unparalleled NFC performance even in devices with room for only a tiny antenna.
The other finalists in the Emerging Payments category were Creditcall for ChipDNA and Ingenico Group for smart tabletPOS.
The third and final award of the night in the Identification category went to Oberthur Technologies for dCVV. OT’s Dynamic Security Code provides an extra layer of security for Card-Not-Present (CNP) transactions with technology that replaces the static 3-digit security code usually printed on the back of a card, by a mini-screen that displays a code, which is automatically refreshed, typically every hour.
The other finalists in the Identification category were SecureKey briidge.net Connect 3.2 and UINT for Contactless Biometric Smart Card.
Winners of the American SESAMES Awards were selected by a judging panel including:
