We remain very fortunate in the midst of this global crisis to not only be open for business, but in many respects thriving. This is amazing in an environment with more than 16 million people currently applying for unemployment and most businesses shut down for at least another month or two. None of our successes would be possible without the hard work and commitment of every team member. Now more than ever, it is critical that we remain fully staffed and able to meet the needs of our clients.
“I am pleased to announce that we are launching a bonus plan for every Team Member in the front lines responsible for producing the high demand payment cards”, Peter Krauss. Based on the current guidance from Federal and State Agencies we hope to be through this crisis by June. Assuming that remains the case, our goal is to pay this bonus after June 30, 2020 in the form of a $500 Pre-Paid Visa card.
This bonus equates to more than $1 more per hour of base pay over the three month period and will be paid out to more than 200 active team members.
